Membership FAQ
Is there a joining fee? +
There is no joining fee when you sign up to a Premier or Prime Time membership during the Spring Welcome Pack offer period. Standard membership may include a one-off joining fee — speak to our team for current rates.
Can I freeze my membership? +
Yes. Premier and Prime Time members can freeze their membership for up to 3 months per year, perfect for holidays or temporary circumstances. Freezes must be requested with 7 days' notice.
Are classes included in my membership? +
Yes — all 100+ weekly group exercise classes, including spin, aqua, yoga, Pilates, HIIT and Prime Time, are included at no extra cost with Premier and Prime Time memberships.
How do I cancel my membership? +
Monthly memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Annual memberships run to the end of the contracted year. Please contact reception or email info@edenfitness.co.uk to begin the process.
Is Eden accessible for people with disabilities? +
Absolutely. Eden is fully accessible, with level pool access, accessible changing facilities and a team trained to support members with all abilities. Please speak to our team about your specific requirements and we'll ensure you get the best from your membership.
